How Josephine Committed to Health in 2018

Josephine participated in Healthy Texas Week in 2018. She felt “Healthy Texas week was like a reinforcement of continuing to uphold the changes I had made during the IT’S TIME TEXAS Community Challenge.” Because she committed to the Healthiest Week of the Year she got emails and “loved all the daily tips and activities that were promoted we could follow along with.”

Not only did Josephine shop healthier and sweat more during the 2018 Healthy Texas Week but she planned on “continuing with the healthy food option shopping lists, staying active throughout the day and finding time to ask myself healthier not only for myself but for my family.” Healthy Texas Week is a great way to commit your family to health or continue healthy habits you already have, like Josephine did!
