Hydrate Daily lets you set goals for you water intake and tracks your progress each day.

Hydrocoach (Google Play)

Hydrocoach calculates your ideal water requirement based on age, weight, gender, and lifestyle. You can select the size of bottle or glass you typically use to drink water, and Hydrocoach will remind you to drink and refill.
