The IT’S TIME TEXAS Summit is Texas’ premiere health conference. This unique showcase unites health champions from across Texas, and provides attendees with innovative tools, resources, presentations and informational sessions designed to drive engagement in community health.
Throughout the Summit’s workshops, attendees are led through a Road Map activity. The Road Map is a framework that enables attendees to assess current systems, discuss barriers for implementation of best practices, brainstorm concepts for future implementation, network, and discover resources to better support their community.

As a health champion, the IT’S TIME TEXAS Summit is your opportunity to unite with Texas’ leaders in schools, businesses, organizations, government and healthcare to network, celebrate successes and learn best practices for community health development and promotion. Each year, more than 500 health champions come together to share, collaborate, and commit to make healthy easier in the Lone Star State. We hope you will join us and get inspired and equipped for the purpose of strengthening health programming in your community.

Early Registration Rates (Through 4/31/15):
K-12 Educators & Nonprofit Employees: $50
Conference participants are responsible for making their own reservations. Click here to download a list of hotels in the area.
1. Select the “Register by Check” option and complete the registration.
2. Once your registration is received you will receive an invoice via email.
3. Submit the invoice to the school for the PO to be issued.
4. Have the school mail or email the PO to our finance office.
5. Payment must be received prior to the summit.
